• The required application fee for the General Category for SSC CHSL 2025 is Rs. 100/–

SSC CHSL 2025 Syllabus
The Tier 1 syllabus for the SSC CHSL 2025 Exam is divided into four core subjects:
- English Language: This section assesses your basic English knowledge, including topics like identifying errors, filling blanks, synonyms, antonyms, spellings, idioms, one-word substitutions, sentence improvement, active/passive voice, direct/indirect narration, sentence shuffling, cloze passages, and comprehension.
- General Intelligence: This subject tests both verbal and non-verbal reasoning. Expect questions on analogies (semantic, symbolic, figural), symbolic operations, number series, trends, spatial orientation, classification (semantic, symbolic, figural), Venn diagrams, drawing inferences, pattern folding, embedded figures, critical thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, word building, social intelligence, and coding/decoding.
- Quantitative Aptitude: This section focuses on basic arithmetic skills, covering Number Systems, fundamental arithmetical operations, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, and Statistical Charts.
- General Awareness: This part evaluates your understanding of the environment, current events, everyday scientific observations, and knowledge of India and its neighbors, particularly in areas like History, Culture, Geography, the Economic Scene, General Policy, and Scientific Research.
